1- The room's cost includes the use of the general installation: gardens, parking lot, pool, spa, reading room, reception, corridors and the mess hall. The kitchen area is a restricted area

2- The cost includes also the Tico (Costa Rican) and/or continental breakfast that will be served from 7:30 am to 10:00 am. Lunch and dinner are not included.

3- Checkout time is 12:00 pm noon

4- We reserve the right to refuse service.

5- Rooms are designed to uphold up to two occupants only.

6- No extra occupants are allowed in the rooms (from 5.)

7- The hotel is not responsible for damage or stealing of any vehicle left in the external parking lot.

8- It is mandatory to use the pool showers before going into the pool, specially if using tanning oils or sun block cream.

9- Use of illegal drugs within the installations is prohibiting

10- Children underages are not allowed unless accompanied by an adult

11- It is totally prohibiting using the installation for any kind of sexual commerce of underage or any other condition.
12- Cooking is prohibited with the installations

13- Pool lights and surrounding illumination will be until 11:00 pm

14- With enough anticipation the hotel can arrange any recreation service or tour offered in the area: canopy, canyoning, ATV rental, Horseback riding, travel agency and much more.
